Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) water
1/4 teaspoon fennel
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/3 teaspoon ginger powder
What to do;
Boil water with fennel and turmeric for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add ginger powder. Ginger is a strong digestive aid and is very heating. Combining it with fennel and turmeric, which are cooling, helps balance its heat. Fennel and turmeric also aid digestion.
