Ingredients :
1 head purple cauliflower
1 tbsp chai seeds soaked in 2 tbsp water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup cashew & almond ground
salt and pepper
1 cup sliced veggies of your choice
Tomato sauce (no sugar) & Nutritional yeast & Chives for garnish
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 400F or 200C,
Cut cauliflower into florets and steam (10 minutes)
remove and process (like the texture of cauliflower rice)
Place into cheesecloth and squeeze out excess water. * You may want to wait until it has cooled down to prevent burns
Add chia, almond and cashews grounds, salt pepper, and nutritional yeast
pat-down on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Try to make a rectangle
Bake for 45 minutes until crust is firm
In the meantime, place a cup of veggies in a pan and bake (season with a little olive oil and anything your heart desires).
Once the crust is ready, place tomato sauce on top, veggies and bake 5 minutes
Serve immediately!
