Indian

This class focuses on the basic Indian spice blends that are inherent in most Indian dishes. We lay the foundation here, offering a menu which enables one to balance the fablers of India.

The Art of Pho Vietnamese Soup Skills

This class focuses on the art of making authentic Pho, indigenous to Vietnam. Learn the skills necessary for preparing an authentic stock without NO MSG. Learn the roasting skills for spices and final preparation of this tasty and wonderful treat.

An ancient system of health from India, Ayurvedic cuisine balances meals according to six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter and astringent. In this class, participants will learn how to use different foods to bring the body into harmony with the mind.
