1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ghee
10 almonds soaked overnight and skinned
What to do;
Combine milk, spices, and ghee in a saucepan and turn on medium heat. Boil until milk begins to foam. Remove from heat and cool for 8 minutes.
Combine milk with almonds and dates in a blender. Blend it on slow for about 20 seconds.
