Ingredients:

1 pound (450 g) fresh green or yellow beans, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 teaspoon ghee

juice from half a small lemon

optional: coriander garnish, chopped

 

What to do;

Place beans in a steamer over boiling water. Cook until just tender for about 15-20 minutes and remove from heat. Serve with a light sprinkling of ghee and a few drops of fresh lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
